Losing a loved one is no doubt the most painful feeling out there. You are wounded and although it may be deep and painful, slowly it will heal. It never escapes your mind however; because that scar symbolizes your past. Stay strong to all of those feeling my pain.

Don't let anyone tell you you are too skinny, short, fat, pale, bad acne, etc. What you see in the mirror is what God gave you. You should always be proud of who you are and never be hurt by comments concerning your image. They are either jealous, or so far wrapped up with themselves and have no true friends. Next time you look into the mirror love yourself and your body instead of looking for ways to change it.

It's Monday, a day that comes too fast and a day we all dread during our weekend. Although they are statistically the most hated day of the week, they can also be the most important. Set the tone for the whole week ahead of you. Do everything you need to accomplish and try a little more after that, making each day after that easier and easier. Bite your lip and stay tough today. We all can do it!
